THE FEELING OF FRUSTRATION SOMETIMES FELT BY THE ELECT
This Bible study is to be considered deeper study. It is written about and for God's Election of Grace [Rom 11:4+5], whom are no better than any other Christians, but it is that they just have more responsibilities.
It will be taken for granted that the reader knows and fully understands certain and specific truths in God's Word, which of course is the true mark of Election. If however, the reader is not one of God's Election of Grace, having not eyes to see nor ears to hear into the depths of God's Word, then this study will sound confounding and remarkable. That has no consequence on your eternal salvation though, as Jesus stated: " In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." [Jn 14:2].
Jesus' Father is God, His house is Heaven, and there is a special place within for all of those whom believe upon Jesus Christ [Jn 3:16].
All Christians have duties in the Lord, different but equally important duties. Duties that are diverse in nature and scope but are all an intricate and necessary part of the whole. Each individual part is a small piece of that great puzzle which is God's perfect unbreakable plan. If any one piece of that puzzle were missing, no matter how insignificant that it may appear to you, the great and Devine mosaic that constitutes God's plan would be incomplete, inconsistent, and unfulfilled. This of course is an impossibility. For God's Word, Truth, and the fulfillment of His plan and prophesies are by Devine intercession secured, and are most perfect through-in and through-out. To my Christian brethren and sisters: God bless you and may God keep you in His will always. And to my Christian brethren and sisters of the Election of the grace of God, my yokefellows: Please permit me to share with you. First of all, let's look at the definition of "Frustration," it comes from the word "frustrate":
Excerpted from: Webster's © 1998 New World Dictionary: frus-trate (frustrat) vt. -trated, -trat|ing [[ME frustraten < L frustratus , pp. of frustrare, frustrari , to disappoint, deceive < frustra , in vain: for IE base see FRAUD]] 1 to cause to have no effect; bring to nothing; counteract; nullify [to frustrate plans] 2 to prevent from achieving an objective; foil; baffle; defeat [to frustrate an opponent] 3 Psychol. to prevent from gratifying certain impulses or desires, either conscious or unconscious --vi. to become frustrated --adj. [Now Rare] frustrated; baffled; defeated SYN.--to frustrate means to deprive of effect or render worthless an effort directed to some end.
As one of God's Elect, you have no doubt at some time felt a sense of great frustration over the state of the twentieth century Christian church, and of the state of the end-time generation Christian. While it is quite obvious that they truly do love the Lord, what truths to you are so plain and simple, appear to confound even the most seemingly devout of Christians.
You surely must be in awe of the ignorance and misinformation that is the norm in all the mainstream Christian super-denominations. You could accept that from the heathen religious of this world you muse, but how could a Christian, who has God's Holy Word the Bible to read; walk away so clueless, spiritually smitten, and devoid of the truth?
I don't have to go into all the various practices and beliefs among the different Christian church "doctrines" that at the very least; violate the first and second commandments of God, and that at perhaps the very worst, are nothing more than the doctrines of the devil (Mariology & the Rapture doctrine). But how could this have come about, you may have said to yourself; what brought them to this point? Don't dwell on their state or their fate, they brought it and even now continue to bring it upon themselves, for as Christ said: "it must needs be" [Mt 18:7].
Mariology: Is the making of a deity, almost a goddess! out of the flesh woman who bore the Christ; In direct contradiction of the First and Second Commandments of God found in [Ex 20:3 +4-6]. Don't get me wrong here, Mother Mary found favor in God's sight. That means that she was a very decent woman, no doubt the most righteous on all of the earth. And I would never disrespect the mother of My Messiah, but on the same hand I also would never disrespect her memory by turning her into some kind of pagan idol. I am quite sure that Mother Mary is sitting up there in Heaven saying: "No, stop, I never wanted all that, worship God only and His Son as it is written."
The Rapture "doctrine": Is the false teaching that the first supernatural being who comes to the earth claiming to be the Savior is going to take them up and away from the tribulation. The problem arises, and it is the doctrine of the devil because as it is written; the false christ, whom is the anti-christ, and who is one in the same satan himself; will come to this earth before the True Messiah Jesus Christ returns at His appointed second advent. The rapturist's are not taught that, they are programed to follow and worship the first super-natural entity (satan) who comes to us claiming to be the Savior.
And besides, all foolishness aside; there is not going to be any rapturing of any souls by any entities at any time! We don't fly up to Jesus at the second advent; as it is written, He comes down to us upon the Mt. Of Olives, across the Kidron valley eastward from Jerusalem; just like the way He departed this earth. Read [Acts 1: 9-12] below and let the two Angels of God (the two "men" in white apparel) tell you how the second advent will be.
Acts 1:6-12
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
12 Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
I should think that any Christian would listen to the Angels of God over Margaret McDonald; it was this young lady in Scotland, who was also diagnosed mentally unbalanced, whom started the rapture doctrine in A.D. 1830. God's two Angels in the book of Acts above, gave their testimony in A.D. 29 (recorded in the book of Acts approx62-63 A.D.) and it is recorded in the Bible; who are you going to believe, some possessed lunatic or your Heavenly Fathers Word and two of His Blessed Angels?!? Even this nut case admitted that at the time, her "vision" seemed cold and satanic, yet over 50% of Christians base their soul on it. That is enough to frustrate anybody who cares about their brethren. The word rapture does not even appear in the Bible, yet misguided Christians bank their soul on it. The rapture "doctrine" is the satanic "fly away doctrine," and it is written against in God's Word in [Ezek 13:17-23] among many many other places. But those who are beguiled by the wicked one will read all of these facts, blink their eyes, and go on sleeping in their heresies.
Ezek 13:17-23
17 Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,
18 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
19 And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?
20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.
21 Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
22 Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. (KJV)
I know that you knew the above facts, but I included them on the outside chance that a beginning Christian Bible student or one of the above mentioned deceived were to acquire this study.
Below are five questions and answers, answered from the Word of God, answers to things pertaining specifically to God's Elect. They should be a comfort, a clarification, and a reassurance to any whom are of God's Election. May God continue to bless our understanding and strengthen our resolve, bestow upon us all manner of spiritual gifts as determined by the Holy Spirit, and protect us; In the Precious name of Jesus Christ; God's Savior, The Anointed One.
#1) Who are the Elect, am I one, and why did He pick me?
#2) What are my duties and responsibilities as one of God's Election?
#3) If I am to be one of the instruments through which God will defeat satan, won't satan target me for attack? Satan is supernatural, should I fear?
#4) Why don't feel I like I'm doing anything? Am I being useful to the Father? How come the seeds that I plant do not seem to sprout?
#5) How can I be sure that I will not falter in the end times, and especially if and when I am delivered up to the synagogues of satan?
The above five questions should overlap and cover many aspects of concern to God's Election. But if something is lacking, we know where to find our answers: It is in that that is written, it is in the Bible, and it is God's Holy Word. Just as the verse of [Jn 3:16] is the most important scripture to any Christian, the verses below are perhaps the most important and solemn warning and instruction to God's Elect ever to appear in the Bible. God fashioned it, Jesus Christ breathed it aloud, and the Holy Spirit inspired man to write it:
Mark 13:19-23 (Christ speaking)
19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.
21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. (KJV)
QUESTION #1: Who are the Elect, am I one, and why did He pick me?
ANSWER: The Elect are men and women in the end times who stand against the false christ during the great tribulation. By the grace of God they are beforehand made aware of the true identity of this imposter and they will not worship nor follow him. They have been given to understand the depth of God's written Word were-by God can utilize them during the prophesied five month reign of this anti-christ. This is called "having eyes to see, and ears to hear," and every time you see that phrase in the Bible; it means that what is being said is written to the Elect, and that what is written means a lot more than what it appears to on it's surface.
Simply stated: If you comprehend, believe, and fully understand that satan is going to come to this earth first, claiming to be the real Jesus Christ and deceive the world, then you are one of God's Elect. For the Elect are the only ones who will know this, and they only know it because God touched their understanding. The Elect were chosen from among the others in the first earth age. They fought on God's side during satan's overthrow attempt (katabole). God picked the most loyal of His children from that first earth age tribulation and will utilize them in this second earth age to carry out certain duties in connection with the prophesied defeating of satan's unholy and formidable plan.
QUESTION #2: What are my duties and responsibilities as one of God's Election?
ANSWER: Prior to satan's arrival as the false christ, God's Election have basically the same duties as any other Christian: To love the Lord, to plant seeds, to educate those in the Word that seek knowledge of God's plan, and to try to live as good a life as possible. But God's Elect are to have patience with others regarding their understanding of the Word because it is not given for all to understand at this time.
Probably one of the most beneficial and important things for God's Elect to do now is to study study study God's Written Word, the Bible. They must gain as much knowledge as the Lord will bless them with now, so that they will be prepared for the great apostasy that will overtake the world in the near future. Yes God opens the mind to understanding, but He expects effort and discipline out of His Elect. Knowledge is power for God's Elect, and He will bless you with all that you seek, but you must seek, you must put in the time. Lazy Elect are of little use to God, do not disappoint Him.
And then of course we come to the main duty of the Elect: In the final five months, the Holy Spirit will speak through them in the synagogues of satan for a testimony against him before the world. This is most very important because it is through the testimony of the Elect at these trials that the 144,000 come out of " MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" [Rev 17:5], which is the false end-time church that participates in the one-world political/religious system, which is the first beast of [Rev13:1-8]. These 144,000 reject the anti-christ, who is the second beast of [Rev13: 11-18] (satan), as the false messiah and refuse to bow to him. For at this time the whole world will have become apostate by bowing to and worshiping the false messiah. This truly is an abomination unto the Lord. God has placed a lot of trust and responsibility upon the Elect, but don't worry, God knows the outcome. We who read and study our Bibles also know the outcome, for it is written; God's Elect come through, and the 144,000 are in fact called out, and we cascade on through the final prophecies in God's Word till that day of His victory.
In other words, don't worry, the battle is already won and the outcome published. What simply remains is for the prophesied events to run their course. God uses His Elect to fulfill and facilitate many of these events. Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will be with you every step of the way to strengthen and protect you. You must have faith in them and believe that they are with you, you must not take your eyes and heart off of the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ whom God has sent to be with you during these tumultuous times.
Below we see Peter lose his faith in Jesus for just a second, and he almost died. But then we see Jesus in His great love, save Peter and let him off with an verbal admonishment. This was done to be a lesson to us; don't take your eyes off the Lord when it is the most desperate and dangerous of times, for that is the time that you really need Him most.
Matt 14:24-32
24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. 28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. (KJV)
Peter had a moment of doubt and it almost caused him to perish, doubt has no place in the mind of God's Elect. God has shown them the truth and He expects them to believe upon it unwaveringly. God opens their eyes so that He can use them to accomplish certain things.
You can't really blame most of the Christians of today for their eventual participation in the great apostasy in light of the fact that they have been lied to and misinformed by the clergy their whole life in the false churches of this final generation, The same churches that in the end times will become "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."
In the minor prophets, book of Hosea, God through Hosea prophecies the state of today's churches, as well as their punishment. He calls them "Beth-a'-ven" which is translated from the Hebrew to English as "House of naught" (house of nothing) [Hosea 4:15]. Think about it, when was the last time you learned anything deep and substantive about God's plan in the local Church/Synagogue/Temple? And why do none of them warn you the anti-christ is coming first to deceive the world as an imposter of the True Jesus Christ? And I say none of them because they are all acting in concert, they have different doctrines, beliefs, and faiths but they all are leading their followers to that inevitable and prophesied all inclusive one-world religion called in the Bible: ""MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."
I might as well just come out and say it: Satan has compromised every major religion on the earth through the slow and steady infiltration over the millennia of his false Teachers/Preachers/Prophets. The world slept on while satan was methodically pulling the strings. The peoples of all the various religions of the world concerned themselves only with the cares of this world, and left religion and the interpretation of God's will and His Word up to a bunch of mystery men. Could you see now how God could say that they bring it upon themselves and do deserve it.
And also, really what chance at the truth did those have whom were born and raised into the various heathen religions of the world which do not even believe upon Jesus Christ? If the religions that bear Christ's name (Christian) can't even get it right, what chance do the Jews, Moslems, Buddhists. . . have at the truth! But God ensured that His Elect would know the truth, and God expects more out of people that he has given more to! So be patient with them, for the millennium will be the first opportunity that many of them will have to hear and understand the TRUE WORD OF GOD! God did not forsake them, He will reclaim many in the millennium. God is in total and complete control and He loves all His children, He may not love what they are doing or how and what they are worshiping, but He surely loves them; He said so in the book that many of them will not read - the Bible.
QUESTION #3: If I am to be one of the instruments through which God will defeat satan, won't satan target me for attack? Satan is supernatural, should I fear?
ANSWER: When satan, as the anti-christ (the false christ), comes back to earth to deceive the nations and the peoples As it is written, he is not in control of anything that God does not allow him to be in control of. Even satan's very coming to earth is not of his own doing. Satan does not escape from incarceration in Heaven. Satan does not defeat Archangel Michael and come to the earth to wreak havoc. Oh he does come down and wreak havoc, but satan is defeated by God's underlings in a battle in Heaven and is cast out onto the earth to fulfill prophecy [Rev 12:7-9], whether he likes it or not! Almighty God will not have to lift a finger to accomplish it. Satan and his evil angels are subject to the power of just one of God's Archangels and his assisting good angels. Certainly satan then cannot be assumed to be a threat to Almighty God, the one that created the Archangel Michael and whom created satan himself for that matter. Almighty God states: "Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm" [1st Chr 16:22]. Therefore, we as God's Election, most certainly have nothing to fear in our spiritual battle with satan - as long as we have God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit behind us. We can be sure to always have them behind us by staying in God's Word. To God's Elect, knowledge is strength and power; and ignorance is the weak link that leads to the downfall that we cannot afford to participate in.
God himself sends satan as the anti-christ (The assyrian by another name), against the people of His (God's) wrath. Satan is no more than an errand boy, fulfilling the negative part of God's plan. Below is a type, it happened literally historically, but it also prophesies the coming of the anti-christ.
Isa 10:5-6 (God speaking)
5 O Assyrian*1, the rod of mine*2 anger, and the staff in their*3 hand is mine*4 indignation.
6 I*5 will send him*6 against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath*7 will I give him*8 a charge *9, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them*10 down like the mire of the streets. (KJV)
*Explanations from above verse: *1 Assyrian = satan, who is the antichrist. *2 mine = God's. *3 their = satan's workers. *4 mine = God's. *5 I = God. *6 him = satan as the antichrist. *7 an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath = The apostates, the deceived who participate in the end time one-world religious system. *8 him = satan as the antichrist. *9 charge = order/command. *10 them = The disobedient faithless ones who participate with the first beast, which is the one world system, and eventually worship the second beast, which is the antichrist. They are no more than a spoil and a prey to satan, whom is the antichrist!
Naturally, if you are not among the people of "His wrath," then you do not have to fear. God is not angry with you if you are not like those people in the scripture above. It is not you that God sends the anti-christ upon. If you are not "the people of my (God's) wrath" from verse 6 above, then the anti-christ has no power over you. "The people of my (God's) wrath" are those who allow themselves to become deceived by satan and who worship the false-christ, and thus participate in the great apostasy.
God is in total control. He always has been. He always will be. Satan can do nothing unless Almighty God allows him to. It was God who allowed satan (then named Lucifer) to go only so far in causing and leading the revolt in the first earth age before God promptly and quite totally destroyed that age. God then created this second (flesh) earth age, and once again allowed satan (then called the serpent) to participate in it. God's children again fell to satan's deceptions, as evidenced by Adam and Eve's sin in the garden.
But this time, God also supplied a way of escape for His children. Through the very womb that satan desecrated and created death from, God created life from it - eternal life. God sent a savior to this flesh earth age through Eve's womb, were by through Jesus Christ all sin and transgression could be forgiven and forgotten. We are told of and promised that we will always have a way to escape the wicked one, and the adversities, temptations, and tribulations of this world:
1 Cor 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. (KJV)
And we as Christians know that it is impossible that the scriptures be broken, be made of none effect, or fail to come to pass:
John 10:33-36 (Christ speaking to the "religious" men of that day)
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods*1? 35 If he called them gods*2, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken*3; 36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? (KJV)
*Explanations from above verse: *1 Ye are gods = In the Hebrew language this word is ha-'elohim, and it means those standing before God (representing Him) and acting in His stead. Jesus was not calling them a God, He was quoting [Psalm 82:6]. *2 gods = Same as *1. *3 and the scripture cannot be broken= This your documentation directly from the mouth of Jesus Christ that the scriptures are unbreakable and that they will come to pass exactly as they are written.
This way of escape, this promise of forgiveness, this Savior of course would be Jesus Christ whom satan has diligently spent the ages futilely trying to destroy. The point that I am trying to relay is that satan is not to be feared by God's Elect. In fact the opposite is actually true, satan fears God's Election, not because of who they are, but because of whom stands behind them, strengthening them, and that is Jesus Christ. God's Elect have no power over satan except it come through the power of the name of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ defeated death when he arose on that third day; death is one of satan's names [Heb 2:14]. And the Elect are granted the power to rebuke satan and all his evil, through the name of Jesus Christ - and ONLY through the name of Jesus Christ. If they were to try to rebuke satan without invoking the name of Jesus Christ, then satan would have them for lunch. Below is an example of what happens when an unbeliever tries to cast out satan. The person below is a non-believer in Jesus, but he tries to cast out an evil spirit in Jesus' name. Naturally Jesus was not with this unbeliever, and the evil spirit jumped all over the man. The moral of the story is: Don't mess with satin or his evil spirits without the protection of Jesus Christ!
Acts 19:13-16
13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. 14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? 16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. (KJV)
A word to the wise: do not try to go against satan nor dare to even speak to him without Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit!!! For even the Archangel Michael, who now holds satan a prisoner in chains, dared not to converse with satan. Michael simply rebuked him in the name of the Lord:
Jude 1:9
9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. (KJV)
I repeat for emphasis, do not talk to satan other than to send him back to where he came from, and always in the name of Jesus Christ! If you do try to take on satan by yourself, there is a very strong possibility that you will become something that you would not want to be: "An example of what not to do, and of what happens to those who do so."
God forbids satan to touch one of His Elect, but satan still tries. Satan isn't one to obey God of his own free will. But when satan tries to approach one of God's Elect, it is at that time that the Elect rebuke him in the name of Jesus Christ. Satan must then go - Period.
Satan will also try to plant seeds of doubt in the mind of God's Elect. If you let him, satan will fill your head with fears and concerns over whether or not you can fulfill the mission that God has appointed you for. Satan will try to sideline any of God's Elect that he can by causing them to fear their own resolution and/or loyalties. After all, if satan could cause you not to engage him in spiritual battle in the end times for fear of failure, then you would be one less enemy that he would have to deal with during his five month reign.
And let's be real, the Lord and His Elect are the only resistance that satan as anti-christ will encounter in that time. For through the "dummying-up" of the lay-Christian, the false and incomplete teaching in the money drunk churches of this end time have and will continue to pave the way for anti-christ to rise and rule.
Now let's take another look at the definition of "frustrate" from page one of this study. Sometimes in the course of their duties, God's Elect can allow themselves to become frustrated with the way things are. This can have no good effect. Below, when you re-read the definition supplied from page one of this study, this time pay special attention to the underlined and embolden words. This is what satan would love to do to one of God's Elect. We of course can not allow this to happen. Through prayer and obedience to the Lord, we know that He won't allow it to happen either.
Don't listen to satan, rebuke him, for God chose you not because you could fail; but because He knew you would not. God knows what He is doing, He knows your capabilities, and God would not pick someone who obviously overcame in the first earth age, unless He knew that they would overcome in the second.
Mark 13:22-23 (Jesus speaking)
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. 23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. (KJV)
I think you get the point, it is not possible! Furthermore, God commanded satan and his fallen angels (the locust army) to leave His Election alone [Rev 9:4], but if you freely open a dialog with satan, then he has the right to take you on. And you most assuredly do not want to take on a supernatural being of ultimate pure evil genius without God's protection. Why would you, whom are the living, want to give him, who's name is death; the opportunity to take you with him?!? Satan is a master manipulator, and he would like nothing more than the opportunity to deceive one of God's Elect. This however will not happen. Satan's deceptions only live in the vacuum of ignorance, God pulled back the veil a little bit and flooded the Elect with the knowledge of the truth. Truth blots out ignorance and deception eternally.
An excellent witness to the fact that satan can not even come near one of God's Elect without God's permission is the story Job. Yes satan did hurt Job, but he had to get special permission from God to do it. In other words, God had to allow satan to do it.
Job 1:8-12
8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? 9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? 10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. 11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face. 12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD. (KJV)
Continuing on in the story, God even allows satan to physically hurt Job. And Job never fell. How much more sure we can be of our fortitude when we know that satan cannot even go this far with us!
Job 2:3-7
3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause. 4 And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life. 5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. 6 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life. 7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown. (KJV)
God was not being mean to Job, He was preparing us. Just as with the Elect, God had a "hedge" around Job so that satan could not touch him. Job was a type of the Elect who did not rebuke satan. We see what happened to Job. It was done and recorded for our benefit, so that we would know to rebuke satan in the Lord's name. Had Job rebuked satan in the Lord's name at any point, his suffering would have ceased. Job did not know that, for if he had, he surely would have done it. But we through his story and suffering have learned a lesson that Job paid so dearly to teach. Never leave that "hedge" of protection that God gave you. It is the shadow of Christ, and we must stay in it to survive - both physically, spiritually and eternally. Enough about that.
QUESTION #4: Why don't I feel like I'm doing anything? Am I being useful to the Father? How come the seeds that I plant do not seem to sprout?
ANSWER: I know that at times it seems like we are not accomplishing anything for the Lord. We study and study, we learn and learn, but when we try to share it with people they get a blank look on their face. Either they do not have a clue what we are talking about or they really just don't care about anything other than what is in this world. I wonder how many people in this world would actually trade their eternal soul for the winning lottery numbers and a long life to live deliciously; I bet the number is a lot higher than anyone would guess, perversely higher.
My point is that if someone is not ready to love God and to search His Word, then you can do nothing for them. They may come around at a later time, but until they do you are wasting your time and theirs. To push God's Word on someone who does not want to hear it disrespects the Word of God, if they don't want it, they don't deserve it, and God doesn't whant them to have it. The Bible tells us not to bother with those who do not care, and it states that we are not to keep offering the beautiful truths of God's Word to the heathen unbelievers who couldn't care less. The bottom line is that they must chose the Lord by their own free will. The Elect do not free have will in that respect.
Matt 7:6-8 (Christ speaking. And the heathen are referred to as dogs in the Bible)
6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (KJV)
You are to plant a seed one time in someone and then leave them alone if they do not follow up with questions. God calls whom He will when He will, and you cannot alter that. For some, it would ultimately cause their demise if they were to fully understand the truth now and then be too weak to stand up to anti-christ in the end time. But God, through His love, has chosen to "blind" the weak to the truth at this time for their own good. This "blinding is called "spirit of slumber" and it is not a curse from God placed upon them, it is a gift bestowed to them that will insure that when they, through their ignorance, worship the false messiah; their eternal soul is not liable.
Why would one of God's Elect, who know this truth, try to circumvent Almighty God's wisdom in the matter and push an issue with someone that God will not allow to comprehend? Perhaps there is a certain disobedience in that, be careful. Satan will use love and concern for others against God's Elect if you allow him to. He even accomplished it with Apostle Peter. Satan used Peter's love for Christ to make him try to interfere with God's plan. Peter told Jesus that they would not allow them to crucify Him. But just as we sometimes do not see the whole plan, Peter did not realize that if Christ was not crucified then salvation would not have been be opened to any of us. For when Christ was ultimately crucified on the cross, it was for the sins of the world, our sins. Without realizing it , Peter by his actions would have condemned mankind. Jesus rebuked satan, not Peter, but Peter should have been more prepared than to be used by satan in such a way.
Matt 16:21-23
21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. 22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. 23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. (KJV)
The bottom line is that God is in control, and if we love and trust Him then we must trust His judgement. God has told us of this spirit of slumber in both the New Testament and the Old Testament, it should not come as a surprise to any of God's Elect.
Mark 4:11-12 (Christ speaking)
11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: 12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. (KJV)
__________
Matt 13:10-15 (Christ speaking)
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. 13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. (KJV)
___________
Isa 29:13-18 (God speaking)
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: 14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid. 15 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us? 16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding? 17 Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest? 18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness. (KJV)
It is no small thing that you study God's Word diligently whereby you can confidently and accurately answer peoples questions about it. You establish and protect you credibility with people by being able to answer their Biblical questions gently and with scriptural documentation. Nobody comes to someone with questions if they are made to feel stupid for asking, and they will respect the fact that everything you tell them is documented from God's Word and shown to them from the Bible. Put yourself in their shoes, they have seen so many fakes and con men who claim to teach God's Word, that it is difficult for them to believe anyone or anything. This of course was satan's plan from the start and it is why he plants the false teachers, but the average lay person doesn't realize this.
It is quite a good accomplishment to our Father if you build confidence in people so that they confidently know that if they have a Biblical question, then you are the person to come to for a sound answer. And if you obediently do this, God will send those to you that He would want to learn the truth. And really, wouldn't you rather have the opportunity to teach and share the truth with one person who wants to learn, rather than a hundred who are only listening to you out of courtesy?!? If you push God's Word on people, you only push them away from God. Be careful, we don't lead God, He leads us.
Besides, you know of the millennium and the opportunities for salvation that will be offered there, why do you sorrow for souls now that may be saved in the millennium? Trust God, ask Him for direction, and always stand ready to be used by Him. Other than that, let Him do the picking and choosing.
QUESTION #5: How can I be sure that I will not falter in the end times, and especially if and when I am delivered up to the synagogues of satan?
ANSWER: I say: "If and when I am delivered up to the synagogues of satan," because not all will be. It is not conceivable that satan as anti-christ will parade seven thousand people before live satellite uplink and have them deny him before the world. Very little is written about the details of the delivering up, but perhaps there will be local jurisdictional trials that will culminate in the final delivering up of some of the Elect to satan himself for a testimony witnessed by the world. But whatever the trials are, we are commanded not to prepare anything to say. We were ordered to let the Holy Spirit speak through us.
So, being one of God's Elect is not a reason to be full of ones self. It is more of a responsibility than a badge of Honor. Christians don't even realize that there is an Election of God, some of them have read their Bibles for 50 years or more and never caught onto the plan of God. That is because they are not supposed to at this time. Oh many of ignorant among them think that when it speaks of "God's Election," "God's faithful," and "God's Saints," that it is talking about the "raptured saints." What a joke, how dare the rapturist's call themselves the Saints of God, the rapture crowd are the ones who will usher in and worship satan as the false christ. Talk about irony! Yeah they're saints alright, pitiful fallen apostate saints who listened to the traditions of man in their churches rather than the True Word of their Heavenly Father. Like I said, satan has them right where he want's them. May God pick them up on that fateful day.
But we who know the truth are not to hate the deceived that will commit the abomination of all abominations by worshiping satan as the false christ; For there would go we without the grace of God. And we are to have compassion on them even though it will be they who accomplish delivering us up to death, death is simply one of satan's many names and roles that he has played throughout history. The Elect being delivered up to death means being delivered up to the synagogues of satan for a testimony against him, with the Holy Spirit speaking through them.
And finally, don't worry about your well being during these "trials," for Jesus Christ Himself gave us a promise, and He told us all things:
Luke 21:7-19 (Christ speaking with His disciples about the end time)
7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. 9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. 10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: 11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. 12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. 13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: 15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. 16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. 17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. 18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. 19 In your patience possess ye your souls. (KJV)
In the eternal name of our Savior Jesus Christ; God bless you always!
